**About you**

As a creative and driven Digital Content Creator, you will be working at the head office in Walsall where you will create a range of media assets and manage their life cycle, from planning to publishing.

You'll work as part of the Marketing team to implement new ideas and bring them to life using your proven experience in creating engaging visual content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality marketing material, such as graphics and videos.
- Work across digital, print, branding, photography, and videography
- Storyboard, film, and edit video content at our clients' sites.
- Create effective social media adverts for use in paid campaigns
- Create engaging digital content to enhance brand awareness.
- Grow our online presence on social media and website.
- Report on monthly campaign progress/success
- Collaborate on social media strategy to drive brand engagement.
- Work with stakeholders at all levels within the business and directly with our clients

**Key experience/skills**:

- Passion for social media marketing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and ability to edit digital assets - including video editing, using Premier Pro
- Strong visual design skills and creativity
- Experience in crafting and designing content.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication
- Experience with Google Analytics and HTML coding is a bonus.
- Digital Marketing or Creative Qualification and professional-level capability with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite required.
- Experience with SEO / Optimise on social media platforms (FB/IG/Website/YouTube) would be advantageous.
