Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a well-established firm based in Barnsley who are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to complete their team.
The highly rated firm of chartered accountants are looking for someone to join their Payroll team and assist with looking after a portfolio of clients, this is the perfect role for somebody who is looking to thrive in a social office culture and to developtheir career within accountancy practice.
The successful applicant must be comfortable with carrying out full end to end payroll for their own portfolio of clients and come from an accountancy practice background.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Issuing payroll reports & payslips
- Carrying out start to finish payroll
- Reconciling payroll to client data, issuing payroll reports & payslips
- Carrying out bank reconciliation alongside of purchase and sales ledger
- Handling HMRC queries
- Invoicing
- Communicating with clients
