In this service, you will be supporting a number of individuals with complex mental health concerns, learning disabilities and Autism who have recently transitioned to their own homes. For most of these individuals, this is their first experience of having their own home, so it's been a really exciting time for them

Our Advanced Support Worker team provides mentorship to the team at Baingle Brae to help them to improve the lives of the people we support. This can involve providing training, supporting to review care plans and risk assessments, mentoring staff to develop their own skills and interests by developing their knowledge and care provision.

You will know how to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently. You will also be a brilliant mentor and share your skills and experiences with your colleagues.

We will develop your talents with a range of specialist training, including the opportunity to learn Positive Behaviour Support methods.
- We are recruiting for a
**full-time (37.5 hour) post **and the successful applicant should have flexibility to work some
**weekends, days and waking nights**.
