**Sales Negotiator / Trainee Valuer**

If you have sales experience within the property sector and can offer great customer service skills, lots of enthusiasm and plenty of pro-activity, this role could be for you.
As sales negotiator you will be enthusiastic, proactive, be able to use your own initiative and provide client support by staying in contact with all those who get in touch as well as generating new leads to encourage business growth. This is primarily anegotiator position, however training will be provided to carry out valuations and listings and to work under both the Managing Director and Branch Manager.
The team works closely together to provide a seamless service to those who choose the company to market their properties.
**Sales Negotiator Responsibilities**:
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Arranging valuations and other diary appointments
- Negotiating sales offers and agreeing terms with all parties involved
- Work within the team to achieve targets and improve performance
- Keeping in regular contact with all active clients
- Generation of viewing and market appraisal leads
- Matching out of new instructions
- In addition there will be training provided for the role of valuer in order to assist the Managing Director and Branch Manager as required, with career progression in this area.
**Sales Negotiator Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, well presented
- Able to work in a fast paced target driven environment
- Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and in line with company requirements
- Pro-active and able to multi-task
- Determined - Be willing to go the extra mile
- Computer literate
- Professional Manner
- Area knowledge is advantageous but not essential
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- Access to own vehicle
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Hours of work** - Mon to Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9.00am - 4.00pm (with lieu day)
