Finance Administrator

**Your responsibilities**
We have a Maternity Cover opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join us here at thyssenkrupp Materials Trading UK. As the Finance Administrator, you will be processing invoices through our ERP system ‘SAP’. You will be supporting Trading Support & Finance departments by maintaining vessel schedules, invoicing, and checking and sending out test certificates. As the Finance Administrator, you will be comfortable with creating excel spreadsheets, utilising formulas and filters, to then cross reference with delivery tickets coming through from our customers.
Your main duties will be:
- Setting up vessel schedules (excel), logging delivery tickets and filing these electronically
- Invoicing sales orders on SAP
- Checking and sending Test Certificates to customer
- Banking Transactions and currency hedge arrangement
- Following up deliveries out to customers
- Supporting Traders
- Raising Purchase and Sales orders on SAP when required
- Miscellaneous tasks, includes filing, archiving of files, tasks assigned on an ad hoc basis. Support other team members as and when required
**Your profile**
Essential experience, skills and knowledge:
- Previous experience with invoicing
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel, creating formulas and using filters
- Understanding of credits and debits processing
Desirable experience, skills and knowledge:
- Trading/Metallurgical knowledge
- Experience using SAP
