Working within a busy back-office team, you would be responsible for the provision of an effective and efficient support service for their maintenance operatives, sub-contractors and compliancy team.
**Job Duties**:

- Schedule and allocate repairs for a designated team of trades persons or external contractors.
- Liaise with trades, contractors, tenants and other departments to ensure all relevant information is communicated
- Raise and schedule jobs, including follow-ups
- Monitor jobs to ensure target dates are met, reschedule and prioritise as necessary
- Record all interactions on housing system, file relevant documents on shared drive
- Ensure jobs/stages are completed on housing system each day
- Raise purchase orders and update the system when works have been completed
- Issue work to contractors, and monitor completion to ensure work is completed on time to the standard required by the customer, NPH and budget
- Liaise with energy suppliers in relation to costs associated with void properties
- Day to day administration of various compliance contracts, monitoring access and assisting tenants with appointments. Maintaining records and documents and running reports to ensure compliance under the various regulations.
- Day to day administration including all administration processes for the preparation of Court proceedings, where necessary, ensuring customer service is maintained throughout the process and the tenant’s needs and vulnerabilities addressed throughout.

- Maths and English GCSEs at grade C or above
- Administrative experience would be beneficial

**Salary:
**£23,136 per annum**
Hours
**Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm, with some flexibility.
**Benefits
**Annual leave of 26 days per year, pension scheme, occupational sick pay (after 6 months service), maternity pay, paternity pay, and adoption pay and free car parking.
