**About the Role**:
As a Finance Officer at our organisation, you will be a ke player in ensuring the financial integrity of our operations. This role involves managing the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments, ensuring all transactions align with our financial procedures. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health through diligent management of expenditures, reconciliations, and reporting. Each day presents a new opportunity to positively impact our financial processes and contribute to our operational success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Invoice Management and Payment Processing**:I oversee the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, ensuring strict adherence to policies and managing payment schedules to maintain good supplier relations.
**Financial Reconciliation and Reporting**:Ensure expenditures are accurately accounted for each month, conduct detailed reconciliations, and provide timely reports on financial status and variances.
**Supplier Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolve invoice discrepancies, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
**Strategic Financial Control**:Identify and implement cost-saving measures, maintain robust financial controls, and contribute to the year-end audit and closure processes.
