Connect Recruit is looking for a Program Administrator (Hybrid) on behalf of our client based in London.

**Role Overview**:
Connect Recruit is currently seeking a skilled Program Administrator to join our client dynamic team in the role of Program Administration. As a Program Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our program operations and ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Program Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of program activities, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time and within budget.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date program-related data, ensuring records are properly organised and easily accessible for reporting and analysis.

Communication: Facilitate effective communication channels between program teams, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring timely and relevant information sharing.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare well-structured reports, presentations, and program reviews that summarise program progress, key milestones, challenges, and outcomes.

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the program team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.

Stakeholder Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with program stakeholders, promoting collaboration and effective communication to achieve program goals.

Resource Management: Coordinate the procurement and allocation of necessary program resources, ensuring they are efficiently utilised and meet program requirements.

Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.

Compliance: Ensure program activities comply with company policies, regulations, and best practices, and manage any associated risks to safeguard program integrity.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Proven track record of successfully leading & delivering complex digital projects within financial services or similar industries, delivering commercially focused solutions. Experience managing programme budget within targets (approx. 8-10m)

Previous experience in program administration, project management, or a similar role is highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree in Economics & Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or Master’s degree.

Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders and conveying complex information clearly and concisely.

Analytical mindset: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, extract insights, and make informed recommendations to improve program outcomes.

Collaboration and teamwork: Capable of working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Problem-solving orientation: Resourceful when faced with challenges, capable of identifying solutions, and implementing effective strategies to overcome obstacles.

Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changes in priorities, and maintain a proactive approach.

Proficient in Google & Microsoft Office Suite: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with the ability to utilise these tools effectively in program administration tasks.

**Location**: London

**(remote/office-based) London office space 2 days a week.**

**Salary: 60k - 75k DOE**
