About the Role

The Programme Administrator will oversee the onboarding process and administration of the Schmidt Sciences international fellowship programme. The postholder will be responsible for managing administrative systems, supporting fellows in relocation, and ensuring an excellent onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with HR, compliance, and departmental contacts to provide visa and enrolment information and advice.
  • Managing a variety of administrative tasks in a busy office environment.
  • Experience using MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • A proven track record of prioritising and managing a workload, taking ownership of tasks, and meeting deadlines across multiple projects.
