Office Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for an part Office Administrator to join our small but growing team. We are a staffing agency specialising in Hospitality and Education sectors. The business was launched in 2022 and as we are growing we need support within the office to manage the day-to-day administrative duties.

The Office Administrator assists with day-to-day administration and some of the HR, compliance and payroll functions and duties in the office.

The successful Administrator will be motivated and have a can-do attitude. You will have over 2 years of experience in a similar Admin role. You will be used to working at a fast pace in a busy environment and be flexible and agile to change.

This company is going through a period of growth, there are lots of changes in process and this is an excellent chance to be involved.

The role is initially part time with possibility to increase to full time as we are growing.

We operate a hybrid working environment with everyone working in office Tue/Wed/Thu and Mon/Fri working from home.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Form effective and robust working relationships across the organisation.
- Day to day monitoring of the company inbox
- Assist with administration cycle.
- Prepare letters, contracts and other documentations when required.
- Monitor various HR functions.
- Assist with payroll elements.
- Responsible for all various general office duties
- To maintain and keep up to date the HR Database, HR spreadsheets, employee electronic files and shared drive
- Strong administrator experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good communication skills
- The ability to meet deadlines and run reports.
