**Administrator**:
We have a great opportunity to recruit an Administrator to join our professional Rural team in our Bangor office. The role will consist of assisting the team with efficient administrative support, including call handling, typing and preparation of communications and documents, maintenance of file systems, diary management (electronic/paper as required) and other administrative duties as required.

**MAIN TASKS**:

- To provide general administration and secretarial support to the Office including Finance, HR, IT and Partners.
- To ensure activities are observed to comply with ISO standards for health and safety and environmental policies and when required for quality policies.
- To process fee accounts and expenses for all departments.
- To administer and coordinate business development activities for the office.
- Administer office spending and maintain records of expenditure.
- To provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all clients who visit or contact the office.
- Support the Partners on matters involving office budgets and billing; fee forecast; staff information and office inductions.
- To produce accurate and well-presented documents including reports, client correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets within agreed timescales.
- To support Head Office, as required, and carry out administration of databases including Navision, Connect, Time Management Software, TRAMPS and Reapit as required.
- Lettings administration and marketing.
- Input to diaries and organising meetings.
- Reception duties and telephone support.
- Receiving attendees for meetings and arranging refreshments.
- Maintain timesheets and out of pocket expenses lists.
- Ordering stationery for the office.
- Any other duties that may be necessary from time to time.
