**Head of Staff Operations**
**£35,000 - £45,000**
**Bristol / 100% office based**

**The Job**:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Head of Staff Operation. This will play a crucial role in the smooth running of the organisations day-to-day activities. The individual will be responsible for handling contractual agreements for staff, managing travel and accommodation bookings, overseeing housing arrangements for members, and executing tasks as directed by the Chairman and Executive Vice President.

**Key responsibilities will include.**
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts for staff, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and comply with relevant regulations.
- Organise and book hotels, flights, and transportation for the team, staff, and any other club-related travel needs.
- Oversee and facilitate housing arrangements for staff, coaches, and other members as required.
- Liaison and Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between the club and external parties, ensuring effective communication and timely execution of tasks.
- Manage administrative tasks related to staff operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Proactively address and resolve any issues related to contracts, travel, housing, or other operational matters.
- Ensure all operations comply with legal requirements, club policies, and industry standards.
- Provide support to the Chairman and Executive Vice President, executing tasks and projects as required.

**The Person**:
**For this role they are seeking someone who has gained operations management experience ideally within a sports related (or similar) industry.**

**They are also looking for someone who has**:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a sports or similar industry.
Strong contract management and negotiation skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of legal requirements and regulations in sports contracts and operations Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

**The Benefits**:
Pension The company offers an Auto Enrolment compliant pension scheme with NEST. The current minimum contributions are 5% employee and 3% employer. 25 days holiday per annum + Bank Holidays
**The Hours**:37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with 1 hour break for lunch.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
