**What you’ll be doing**:
**Managing pre tour operations** - you'll be responsible for ensuring that our local teams and Pack Leaders have all the information they need to deliver amazing experiences.
**Communicating with our In-country teams** - you'll be in day to day contact with our local teams around the world to ensure all services are booked.
**Team admin** - you'll be assisting our Customer service & Admin team with various tasks. You will also be responsible to streamlining systems and creating new processes as we evolve.
**Maintaining tour literature accuracy** - you'll be working closely with our Marketing team to create the app for every departure and keep our website up to date.
**Working productively with internal teams** - you'll build strong relationships with our senior management team and customer service team, continuously helping to improve the experience for our Bucket Listers.

**Exceptional attention to detail**:
- you are thorough and focused at speed, usually picking up errors others have failed to notice
**Highly organised and able to work under pressure** - you are a super planner, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks at the same time
**Excellent communicator** - you can communicate concisely, confidently and authoritatively with a wide variety of stakeholders
**Proactive learner** - you have an interest in travel, and be prepared to become a Bucket List Trip expert
**Roll with it** - You’re flexible, comfortable with a degree of chaos and can handle challenging situations
**You love travel - **There will be scope for you to travel as part of your role and you should be someone that wants to experience all the wonderful things that the world has to offer.

**What else?**
**Hours**:This role is Monday to Friday but you should be happy working some evenings and weekends if required. When trips are away, you will be required to be on call if there is an emergency.
**Salary**: The salary range for this role depends on experience.

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£26,500.00 per year
