We have an exciting opportunity to join the International Shipping team, based at our Aberlour House Head Office, processing international orders and preparing documentation for despatching goods.

**THE ROLE**
- Ensuring regular communication with Despatch to keep customers up to date regarding orders
- Processing invoices and customs documentation
- Regularly liaising with internal departments to ensure efficient transition of information and provide best level of service
- Maintain customer and product files
- Month end reporting

**THE INDIVIDUAL**
- Methodical approach with attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence in dealing with customers
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Previous experience in export/shipping would be preferred but is not essential as training will be given.

This is a permanent full time role, working 38 hours per week. Core hours are 8am - 4:30pm (M-Th) / 8am - 2:30pm (F) however there is flexibility around the start/finishing times.
