Maintenance Administrator

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervising maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring work is completed in a timely manner
- Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and protocols
- Managing maintenance budgets and expenses
- Coordinating with other departments to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory
- Collaborating with suppliers to source necessary parts and equipment
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience supervising a team
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
