We're currently looking for an **Early Careers Manager** on a full time, permanent basis. This position sits within the UK Employer Business Development team. We are flexible on the location of this role and would be open to the individual working from home, with travel into either or London or Glasgow office when required.

**The Job**

Reporting to the Head of UK Employer Business Development, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:

- Setting and owning the UK wide early careers strategy
- Liaising with the wider UK team to deliver early careers objectives
- Leading the schools & colleges strategy in order to attract new Gen Z talent to the profession with a focus on widening access including T levels and apprenticeships
- Identifying, establishing and managing early careers partnerships with external suppliers and agencies
- Managing a group of ACCA member advocates to promote the accountancy profession into the early careers target market

**The Person**

We're looking for someone who:

- Has the ability to work in a standalone role and influence others across the organisation to enable mobilisation of the early careers strategy
- Has a strong network and contacts within early careers, with the knowledge and capability to push our proposition forward
- Is an excellent communicator, with solid presentation skills and comfortable presenting to a Gen Z audience
- Has good knowledge of social media and how best to promote early careers to Gen Z
- Can promote early careers to both internal and external stakeholders
- Is happy to travel as part of the role, attend events, conferences and present at schools
