**Contract Type**: Permanent, full time 37.5 hours pw

**Are you experienced in handling sensitive data and putting the customer at the heart of everything you do? If the answer is yes, we want to hear from you.**

**Role Objective**:
**This role will be right for you if**:

- You have exceptional attention to detail.
- You are confident handling sensitive data.
- You have strong administration skills.
- You are efficient in Microsoft office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- You have an **intermediate** level of numeracy to correctly calculate customers premiums or claim payments.
- You have experience in handling claims.
