This is an exciting opportunity to join the Motor Claims team in our Milton Keynes office as an experienced Customer Claims Handler in our Claims Validation Team team.

**The Role**:
As a CVT Motor Claim Handler the ability to organise and multi-task are essential for this role. Other key responsibilities will include:

- Investigating, negotiating and settling claims within an authority level up to £25,000
- Acting as a referral point in the department to drive RI detection and being passionate about providing support and guidance to main teams.
- Providing a high standard and quality of customer service with the ability to deliver high quality work to meet deadlines
- Liaising with internal and external underwriters, brokers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Assisting with other ad-hoc business, functional, operational areas, processes or programs

**Your Skills and Experience**
- End to end claims handler experience is essential, ideally in Motor Claims
- Positive attitude and professionalism
- Influential and friendly with the ability to speak confidently and liaise with a wide range of people
- Understanding of a compliant and target driven environment
- High levels of resilience, perseverance, self-belief and motivation
