**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of admissions officers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the achievement of department goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit qualified students through various channels, including outreach events, school visits, and digital platforms.
- Conduct interviews and informational sessions with prospective students and their families to provide guidance and address inquiries about academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid, and campus life.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant data, admissions decisions, and enrollment statistics.
- Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and staff to coordinate recruitment efforts and promote the institution's programs and offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, changes in admission policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and maintain best practices.
- Prepare reports and present data on admissions activities, enrollment trends, and applicant demographics to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in admissions or related field
- Strong knowledge of admissions processes, policies, and best practices in the education sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse individuals and groups.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using admissions software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service to prospective students and their families.
- Familiarity with current marketing and recruitment strategies in the education sector.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to admissions and student privacy

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide academic advice and guidance to students
- Assist students in developing study skills and time management strategies
- Work with students to identify and overcome academic challenges
- Provide information about academic policies and procedures
- Assist students in accessing resources and services, including tutoring and mental health support
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a coordinated approach to student support
- Participate in student orientation and other campus events
- Serve as a liaison between students and academic departments

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with students in a higher education setting
- Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing needs and priorities

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
