**Job overview**:

- general clerical /admin support, including filing/answering telephone queries and working closely with the theatre team.
- compilation of reports - including use of Business intel and theatre man - training will be provided.,
- presenting reports for theatre management where applicable.
- Validation of daily theatre reports.,
- full time over 7 days

**Main duties of the job**:
Main Tasks include:

- provide clerical support for theatre team/department
- arrange meetings for theatre manager and /team managers
- handling telephone calls
- maintaining attendance records
- filing of all information pertinent to personnel files
- ensuring confidentiality is upheld
- updating of theatre staff registration details
- Inputting and use of theatre man, and validation of theatre reports
- use of business intel and compilation of reports for utilisation
- presentation of reports for meetings
- clerical support to theatre secretary
