**Business Admin Apprenticeship position at Dale Estates Rochdale Limited**

Our business handles tasks such as tenant screening, lease/tenancy agreement, rent collection, property maintained, and periodic inspection of the property. Act as intermediaries between property owner and tenant. Handles repairs.

**Apprenticeship summary**:

- ** Wage**:£6.40 an hour, _Automatic pay increase after one year on programme for 19+ year olds_
- **Expected duration**: 16 month duration
- Working week: Monday to Friday, 10am - 5pm, 31.5 hours per week
- Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship standard qualification
- Working address: 127 Drake street, Rochdale, Lancashire, Ol16 1PZ

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Perform administrative and clerical duties to assist Team.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed.
- Prepare and edit documents with both word and excel templates, including but not limited to reports, checklists, agreements, offer letters, proposals and safety certificates.
- Daily interact with agents, contractors, tenants and coordinate with the s team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Keeping organised and carrying out general Admin Duties
