**The Role**

Major Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced **Administrator** based with our client in Crick. This role is a **temporary position** with the **possibility of being made permanent.**

This is a busy, varied, and fast paced office-based role. The duties of the role are as follows: -- Logging customer calls onto the CRM system
- Uploading job paperwork to the portal (using SAP)
- Monitoring and coordinating main inbox for enquiries and assigning the task to staff workbooks
- Updating internal spreadsheets with up-to-date information and distributing internally twice weekly
- Create delivery notes using Word and SAP
- Create quotes
- Create and send invoices for specific accounts (training provided)
- Updating customer portal with job updates
- Allocating relevant engineers to jobs (training provided) but experience preferred
- Chasing missing purchase order numbers from customers

**The Hours**

40 hours per week **office based** - **(not working from home)**

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

**Your Profile**

In order to be considered for this position you will have:

- a **minimum of 2 years’ recent experience**within a similaradministration role
- Extensive experience of Microsoft packages as well as CRM (SAP) databases.
- An exceptional telephone manner
- Bubbly, enthusiastic, ambitious and a great work ethic.
- Strong communicator with a bright and enthusiastic work ethic as well as a professional face of the business exterior.

You will ideally be **immediately available** to start

**The Salary**

£9.50 per hour + Holiday Pay (raising to £10.42 + Holiday Pay in April

(£22,000 per annum)
