**The role**:
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be committed to delivering an outstanding level of service. The Sales Administrator will support the Solar Account Managers and wider Energy Efficiency Team with growing levels of enquiries and resulting sales as we experience exceptional growth period in the UK’s Solar market. The Sales Administrator role is a new role and is pivotal to the success of the Energy Efficiency and Solar Teams

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the business through order processing, customer communication and internal communication
- Be the customer's choice by providing great customer service to drive customer loyalty
- Ensure communication to customers is open and transparent. Providing regular updates on live orders and deliveries
- Process orders effectively and accurately, ensuring price and costs are accurate
- Take ownership and manage the customer experience, ensure that all quotations, when raised, are followed-up and manage all customer queries in a timely manner
- Own and Drive Sales in the Solar Category at every opportunity and customer interaction

This is a hybrid-based opportunity with true flexibility to work from home, but you should be within commutable distance of our offices in either Chorley, Lancashire or Crick, Northamptonshire

**Required skills and competencies**:

- Previous experience working within an Administrative or Sales role
- Previous experience in Order Processing
- Able to review and challenge instructions where ambiguity may exist
- Competent in use of Microsoft Excel & Word and Google
- Excellent grasp of the English Language both written and verbal
- A team player, who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with excellent listening and questioning skills
