Purchase Ledger Assistant - Interim

**About Our Client**:
You will be part of a supportive, fast paced and dynamic team.

Duties Include:

- Raising invoices
- Processing invoices
- Assist with resolving queries
- Credit card reconciliation
- Manage the mailbox
- Producing reports
- Liaise with others in the wider finance team such as accounts receivable and management accountants
- Assisting with the audit preparation
- Assisting with month end duties
- Assisting with implementations
- Ad hoc duties

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Have previous experience working within an accounts function - essential
- Be able to adapt and use their own initiative - essential
- Have intermediate excel skills (pivot tables and v look ups) - essential
- Be able to work within a team and independently - desirable
- Have strong attention to detail - essential
- Be proactive and continuously looking for ways to improve current processes - desirable
- Have experience working within in a fast pace environment - essential
