To lead the Sales Channels area of the business, being responsible for increasing the number of sales channels as well as ensuring existing channels are maximised for this Ecommerce outlet and solutions business.

Role Summary:
This is a vital role in the continued growth of the business. Responsible for both locating, engaging and launching new sales channels as well as ensuring that the business take a growth and revenue generating approach to the workload associated with existingmarketplaces

Responsibilities Include:

- Providing and ensuring that there is Leadership, management & Accountability
- Provide a clear and full pipeline of new channels
- Project manage the launch of new channels end to end
- Deliver additional revenue on existing channels
- Integrate growth initiatives with existing channels and be the face of the company with our channel partners

Skills/Experience:

- Experience as a team manager.
- Experience in Ecommerce management and development
- Proven project management ability - confident at managing and prioritising workloads and delivering against targets
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and able to establish logical practical solutions
- Able to lead and deliver a project
- Able to analyse and manipulate data to identify and create solutions
- Good knowledge of specific areas of the role and current marketing practices
- Embraces personal challenge Confident, rounded thinking. Engages interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach to working with others
- An excellent communicator
- Able to meet deadlines and see projects to conclusion
- Creative and solutions orientated, with proactive and positive approach
- A willingness to grow and develop within the role
- Good communicator at all levels, who is able to build relationships and influence others

This is a hybrid role, requiring visiting head office in the East Midlands 2 days per week.
