We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Clerk. As a Clerk, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proficient in computer skills, has strong organizational abilities, and enjoys working in an administrative role.
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Assist with answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with basic office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory

- Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
