**Business Overview**
Our client provides full-service pensions consultancy from actuarial expertise through to investment advice and third-party administration, as well as advising clients on providing the best possible reward and benefits packages for members. **Duties & Responsibilities**
- Data cleanses corrupt and inaccurate client records on Intelliflo
- Import cleansed client records to Moneyinfo
- Upload fact find information to the client management system (Intelliflo)
- To process all new business and client correspondence
- Ensure any deadlines given by consultants/providers are met
- Maintain up to date client files
- Comply with the relevant Compliance, T&C and anti-Money Laundering Procedures of the firm at all times
**Skills Required**:
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Interpersonal - team working and communicating with clients
- Proactive, willing to continue to develop, enthusiastic
- Highly organised, methodical, disciplined and meticulous
- Good organisational, time management skills and effective workload management.
- Ability to prioritise and deal with pressure
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £23,900.00 per year
