Administration Assistant

Our administration team play a crucial role in our business. Co-ordinating activity between our clients, contractors and tenants to organise maintenance work.
We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, focused, good with numbers, has strong attention to detail and is looking for a future career in a company where you can succeed.
Applicants will join a fast paced, busy and at times stressful environment. Being adaptable, agile, responsive and reliable are key behaviours that will be required.
Customer service and client relationships are a key part of our business and so we expect you to be customer focused and respectful at all times and will encourage you to build personable relationships, for this you must be willing to use the telephone as much as the keyboard and have confidence in speaking to people.
