Care Assistant

Ocean Healthcare are looking for an experienced **Healthcare Assistant** to support a bright and intelligent young man in **Sidmouth** with a spinal injury. He's a great guy who can clearly articulate what he needs. He vapes and requires assistance with that. Bowel care is also a part of the care requirements. **You will be working 1:1**
You need to be a seasoned carer with a solid understanding of personal care and moving & handling. You will be trained and supported by our outstanding team of specialists and nurses. It is not essential that you have specific experience in spinal injury as you will receive comprehensive training and support.
**Pay Rates**:
- **£14.50 p/hr Monday - Friday**:
- **£17.05 p/hr Saturday - Sunday**:
- **£20.05 p/hr Bank Holidays**
**Shifts**:
**7am - 7pm, 7 days per week available.**
It's vital that we have staff consistency and so you will be required to pick up a minimum number of shifts. You will be able to pick up more shifts each week if you would like to. Weekday shifts and Weekend shifts are available. Flexibility would be appreciated, but we are willing to consider your personal circumstances if there are days/times you are unable to work.
**Full mileage paid from home to this location in Sidmouth up to a maximum of 20 miles each way.**
