Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Create a safe and welcoming atmosphere, prioritizing resident dignity and independence.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary range £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to opportunities for paid training and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
A flexible and caring attitude, with a passion for working with vulnerable adults.No prior experience is required, as we provide full training and support.A right to work in the UK and an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.Please note that this position is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
