We are currently looking for a Site Maintenance person to carry out all general maintenance jobs for sites to ensure standards and safety are adhered to. This role will be based across our Scotland sites so travel will be required.**What you will do**:

- Ensure all maintenance activities meet government regulations and environmental, health and safety standards
- Assess incidents, complaints, problems for the purpose of resolving or recommending a resolution to the situation
- Collaborates with internal and external personnel
- Delivering planned and property maintenance on the following: Painting, Window Cleaning, Roof Debris Removal, Gardening
- Respond quickly to any emergencies
- Purchase all material / equipment necessary for each individual maintenance task
- Liaise weekly with Property Administrator on tasks for following week
- Assist Property Director with new builds, refurbs, upgrades & any small works required to improve the business
- Assessing site risks
- Adhering to health and safety regulations

**What you will need**:

- Certificates required - IPAF & PASMA
- First Aid Certification preferable
- Driving Licence
- Asbestos Awareness required
- Relevant building maintenance experience
- Health and Safety knowledge
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Create and maintain working relationships with colleagues and visiting contractors
