You’re truly customer focussed and ready to deliver a broad range of services to our customers across the East Midlands, due to the nature of this role we have a number of locations in the Amber Valley area which could serve as your base location.

Taking responsibility for any legal and court action required, ensuring evidence is secured, witness statements and court paperwork completed in a timely manner and in conjunction with any legal representative of the organisation, attending court as and when required, including directional hearings on behalf of the organisation.
- Provide short term tenancy support to customers who are at risk of, or in breach of their tenancy. Signposting to partners where appropriate.
- Undertake regular inspections, taking responsibility for resolving low level issues in a re-active manner.

Every one of our team members is helping us achieve our vision of 'Great places, great services and great tomorrows' for people and communities across the East Midlands. We don't just provide homes - we support our customers, helping them to thrive and to achieve this we all need to thrive in our jobs too.
