Rewind to 12th December 2012. Out of a freezing cold office (because we couldn’t afford heating back then), our founders huddled around a couple of laptops. This was the moment. After a year of working round the clock and a lifetime of tempering the thirst to create a world class brand, we pressed LAUNCH. That was the moment Protein Works. website went live to the world.

**Junior Influencer Marketing Executive**

We are looking for an Influencer Executive to implement and optimize our Influencer strategy, globally. You will be a driving force behind influencer onboarding, working alongside the internal teams to ensure that influencers are vetted in line with brand guidelines and are incremental to the channel’s performance.
- Building our portfolio of Influencers dependent on the market on a global basis. Creating a list of influencer targets across channels

Management of influencer codes and promotions
- Support on events and ad-hoc tasks that are related to Influencers
- Work directly with the finance team on payment terms, schedules and delivery, to ensure all talent (or representatives) are paid within the right time frame
- Manage and track budget of marketing orders and COGS to ensure talent spend remains within forecast
- Helping to coordinate influencer support for campaigns including packing and sending out gifting boxes
- Stay on-top of social trends and platform updates for wider team's use within content output
- Keeping on top of reporting metrics and influencer performance and the channels wider impact on business success
