Calex is a specialist training and consultancy organisation working in partnership with several market-leading automotive manufacturers, as well as well-known organisations in the logistics and catering sectors. We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced e-learning specialist to join the team at Stellantis UK in Coventry.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Europe’s fourth largest car Manufacturer working with well established brands such as Peugeot, Citroen, Vauxhall, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Jeep, Abarth and Alfa Romeo supporting current and future success and creating industry leading digital learning content.

Do you have a background in learning and development and a strong understanding of Learning Theory and methodologies and e-learning design? We are looking for an individual to work as part of a well-established team to bring their knowledge and experience to help meet Stellantis UK’s business objectives.

You will join an established team of digital & e-learning specialists, who work to create training for our UK retailers. This training can vary from new product, systems, processes, and other specific job role knowledge. You will also help deliver the strategy led by Digital Content and Learning Technologies manager. This means you will be involved in how to use learning in new ways, through to training creation and supporting its successful implementation, establishing it as a apart of our everyday use.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Advise and recommend engaging, well designed and Learning Theory Centric e-learning solutions to the Stellantis UK Training Team
- Authoring and building e-learning content using Articulate
- Working alongside key stakeholders for e-learning sign off and launch
- Working to clearly defined briefs and timescales to create and develop e-learning content
- Providing e-learning solutions to Learning and Development needs from Stellantis UK
- You may also be asked to advise on other training delivery methods such as Virtual Classroom Training, Webinars and Face to Face instructor led training
- Work in collaboration with our highly skilled media team to create various digital media that supports learning creation

**About you**:
**Essential**:

- Have a Learning and Development Practitioner Qualification such as TAP or CIP or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 12 months working experience using Articulate Storyline
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Teams
- Previous experience in working within a fast-paced Learning and Development environment

**Desired**:

- Previous experience, or knowledge of the Automotive Industry
- Proficient in the use of Adobe Captivate, Connect, In-design & Illustrator
- Proficient in the use of Vimeo Interactive video development

**Place of Work**

Your permanent place of work will be Stellantis UK’s headquarters located in Coventry, we are currently working in a hybrid way, which means that some of the work may be conducted from home but this will be discussed at interview stage.

**Salary and Benefits**

Starting salary £30,000 (depending on experience), Company Car (BIK), 26 Days Annual Leave, Calex Employee Benefits Packages (Inc Private GP and Healthcare Services, High Street Discounts, Discounted Gym Memberships and on Demand 24 Hour Wellbeing Service (Counselling and Advice)
