The role of this post is to develop, prepare and publish e-learning materials and training packages at Nottingham University Hospitals Trust. The post-holder will contribute to the development of strategies and the adoption of technologies that leverage digital media to instruct and educate staff across the organisation. The post-holder will design, construct and implement the Education and Training Department’s intranet and internet, web content, e-learning applications and other technology support and courses that support the Trust’s objectives. The post-holder will also provide the end-user support for e-Learning and technology support.

• As part of learning and development team, the applicant will use their experience in digital learning using variety of authoring and media technologies, underpinned by good instructional design, to create innovative digital products and services to support the education and training. The post holder will be highly organised and able to manage multiple competing priorities and projects while delivering work to the high standard
• Working as part of a small learning team who are passionate about  delivering innovative training to our people

• Managed a team or individual
• Experience of managing multiple projects
• Educated to degree level or relevant experience
• Professional online/e-Learning qualification or a willingness to work towards one
• Evidence of stakeholder management and communications
• e-learning creation/online platforms/internet & Intranet software
