Overview:
Our Change Grow Live Birmingham Service is one of the biggest drug and alcohol services in Europe, in one of the most diverse cities in the UK. We have over 250 staff that work in our service across 6 hubs in the city.

We're looking for Recovery Coordinator's to join our busy and vibrant Phase 2 team within the Birmingham Change Grow Live Service to make a change to the lives of people who use our service.

**Responsibilities**:
The post holder will work as an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team's by:

- Supporting service users from point of entry into the service and through their
treatment/recovery journey;
- Facilitate 1:1 and group sessions to ensure that every recovery journey is person centred
- Reducing drug and alcohol related harm to service users and the wider community;
- Providing advocacy for access to partnership services;
- Working with service users to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives: promoting recovery, resilience, peer support and self-determination.
