An opportunity has arisen for Band 4 rehabilitation assistant to join the Therapy team that covers the exciting Ready To Go Units at YDH. If you enjoy rehabilitation and enabling patients to achieve their goals then this is the opportunity that you've been looking for.

We work with patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals and enable them to return back to their normal place of residence where possible using community services such as D2A, Community SPOC and IRT as needed.
