Essential
- Use excel competently
- Update social media accounts and website
- Issuing invoices
- Keep company books up to date
- Keep current job sheets up to date
- Maintain employees training and HSE
- Managing building merchants
- Maintain/expand file system
- General company administration
- Own transport due to office location
Desirable
- Previous office experience
- Experience with HR responsibilities and payroll
- Experience with accounting software desirable
- Experience with CIS and VAT submissions
Preferably three to five days a week, working under the direction of the company director.
