Office Administrator

- Provide general admin support to the marketing, sales and ops teams
- Keep accurate records and maintain data to enable timely and effective reports
- Provide technical and administrative support with all project documentation, production of job packs, replenishing drawings/maps (editing PDF drawings)
- Handle customers enquiries and complaints, escalating as appropriate
- Attend meetings when required to provide admin support
- Ordering/keeping track of consumables
- Carry out any other duties appropriate for the role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management, organisation skills and able to work to deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.
- Ability to prioritise own workload and manage expectations
- Attention to detail
Previous experience in energy/construction desirable but not essential.
Based in Taunton, Somerset
Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm (27.5 hours/week)
Starting salary - £16.5k per annum

Pay: £16,500.00 per year
