**Who you’ll be working with**:
The Communications and Marketing team play a crucial role in engaging our current and future Liberty IT employees by creating, crafting, and sharing, through multiple channels, compelling and engaging content. We partner with all areas of Liberty IT to bring our story to multiple audiences.
We’re a close team of friends, even though we disagree on whether pineapple belongs on pizza
**Experience and skills we need**:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Communications or Marketing role
- Experience in content development, using a range of platforms and tools
- Experience in social media tools, influencer platforms, Google Analytics and reporting platforms
- Understanding and experience of CRM and marketing automation
**Experience and skills we’d love**:

- Experience in working in a Communications or Marketing team in a medium to large organisation
- Hold or being working towards obtaining industry relevant certifications relating to communications and marketing
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Supported by your new team mates, implement our digital strategy and content plans
- Work with the wider team and partner agencies to carry out content marketing initiatives across multiple platforms and formats
- Play a key role in creating campaigns and content that will inspire and engage our internal and external audiences
- Extract and share insights to identify opportunities for new features or content
- Acting as a guardian of the Liberty IT brand tone of voice, helping to create brand consistency
- Responsible for community management of digital marketing platforms and channels
- Reporting - you will analyse and report overall marketing effectiveness and return on investment reporting on campaigns and activities
- Support wider team projects to create an immersive brand experience
