Apex Business Consultants have an immediate requirement for an experienced Office Administrator.

If you have worked in a busy office prior and you are able to manage multiple projects efficiently and accurately, we would like to hear from you.

Our Penarth based client (professional services) are looking to recruit for a new role within their operation. The role will be varied and an average day could involve exposure to; digital marketing / updating social media, supporting project and event management projects, general administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support to the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Knowledge of general office procedures and administrative tasks
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using computerised systems for various office functions
