We are looking for an enthusiastic applicant to join our Online Website Development business as a Customer Service Advisor. We have an excellent team spirit and the successful should enjoy being part of a vibrant team and have a passion for helping provide the best possible service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Speak with customers on the phone, dealing with any concerns and issues they may have.
- Helping deal with some technical issue's from time to time.
- Processing Monthly Invoices.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records in both electronic and physical formats.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other monthly reports.
- Collaborate with different departments to support their administrative needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in using office software and equipment, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office machines (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£33,819.18 per year

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
