Office based in Chertsey - Hybrid working - ideally 3 days in the office per week

Seeking a talented, innovative and experienced Senior Talent Development Partner with sales training experience to join our existing Talent Development team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with a solid background in Talent Development to create,own and deliver Talent within sales, marketing and digital.

Development initiatives that will help drive business success by advancing the skills and capabilities of employees at all levels.

Here, we do not believe that all Talent Development interventions should be training related, and we are looking for someone who can help us innovate in the Talent Development space, advancing our drive to take a 'performance related' approach to TalentDevelopment.

The Senior Talent Development Partner is expected to be a highly knowledgeable and capable Talent Development professional who is adept at working with business partners to understand company objectives and able to construct plans and strategies to improveperformance and talent development initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Talent Development Manager and Head of Talent, evolve and deliver comprehensive Digital, Sales and Marketing development frameworks that takes account of the company culture, systems and processes to ensure the highest performanceand capability of our Digital, Sales and Marketing people

Working with key senior stakeholders to leverage the internal expertise to deliver company specific content, ensuring all development solutions are fit-for-purpose and designed to drive the highest level of performance

Creating engaging and level-appropriate learning pathways to support the development of our Digital, Sales and Marketing people across all grades

Create and manage a functional competency assessment tool to enable effective utilisation of the capability frameworks in the development of our Sales, Marketingand Digital people

Telling the story, joining the dots - Creating and delivering engaging and exciting business-wide comms to actively promoting solutions and drive participation

Seeking and encouraging senior-level sponsorship of the capability frameworks through the creation and delivery of evidence-based reports on the progress and success of development solutions

Managing the budget, sourcing and appointing relevant suppliers and partners where needed, agreeing T&Cs, rates and managing contracts

Supporting with the evolvement of our current pragmatic, and relevant suite of always-on learning solutions to meet needs in line with the Talent Strategy and business priorities

Collaborating with external delivery partners to deliver exciting, relevant, and cutting edge learning solutions

Designing and developing success criteria, evaluation and data capture methods to assess quality and impact of solutions, using the data to evolve offerings and further increase desired outcomes

Creating and maintaining Project Plans, providing co-ordination support for roll-out of initiatives

Planning & Organising: Designing appropriate strategies and tactics within one's scope of authority that aligns with the broader organization's aspirations and goals to achieve short-, mid-, and long-term objectives; Ensuring organizational infrastructureand resources are optimal to support successful execution of plans.
