We currently have an exciting opportunity to teach Family English and / or English Functional Skills. We are looking for a qualified, skilled, self-motivated, enthusiastic and highly organised individual to provide inspirational teaching to parents across Norfolk with Norfolk Adult Learning

You will be required to work closely as part of the Foundation Learning Skills curriculum team to deliver engaging and developmental English classes to Norfolk residents.

You will be dedicated to improving life outcomes for post 19 parents and their families and will deliver English online and/or in the community throughout Norfolk.

You should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
A learner centred, active approach, along with an appreciation of the added benefits of virtual learning and excellent organisational skills.
- Aspirational planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
- Excellent ICT skills, including Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, web-based learning programmes and ability to learn in-house database systems.
- Exceptional organisational skills including an ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
- A minimum level 3 qualification in English and a minimum level 4 teaching qualification.
- Awareness of data protection, safeguarding, Prevent and information management.

You will be part of a well-established, supportive team and training will be provided.
