Job Summary

The working hours are Tuesday to Friday from 12.00pm to 4.00pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting returning drivers to check paperwork and van cleanliness
- Review vehicle check sheets for any defect remarks
- Book vehicles into the garage when required
- Add PO's to our IT system
- Run monthly reports on driver behaviour
- Filing and paperwork as required
- Manage driver queries or escalate if necessary

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.60 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
