Have you ever worked in a fast-paced logistics environment? Maybe you have an experience in transport but want a new challenge?

We are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent **Transport Administrator** to join our team in Andover, working in a partnership with one of our supermarket customers at their distribution centre. You will be working on a **4 on 4 off** shift pattern, covering the hours of **18:00-06:00**. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Undertake control of the yard desk
- Tachograph control in line with legal requirements
- Handle day to day queries from drivers, customers, and other internal departments
- Ensure that all drivers are debriefed and that all the paperwork is compliant

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience in a similar role highly desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Working Time Directives and EU Drivers hours
- Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced transport department
