**System Success Specialist at LegalRM Limited**

**Salary/Rate: £30-35k/annum - full time (or pro rata thereof)**

Our dynamic software development company is seeking to expand with new roles offered from our UK office, based in Orpington, Southeast London. LegalRM has a 15+ year history, with a stable and profitable background which is set to continue with some of the largest law firms around the world purchasing our software.

**Education/Experience**:
Any one of the following:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
- IT Diploma
- A Level (Or equivalent)
- 1 - 2 Years of relevant experience

**Summary**

**The Role**

You will work directly in our Vice President of Technology’s team to ensure the continued success of our internal and client systems. The role will take on many aspects of the traditional Business Analyst and Quality Assurance style roles, with a focus on client and system happiness. Assessment of solutions against their evolving requirements, identifying how solutions can be used to meet new aims and cross team communication will be key to delivering in this role.

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to work with different methods of capturing and storing requirements.
- Ability to quickly identify where solutions are not meeting their requirements.
- Ability to work with existing tools to deliver creative and flexible solutions, working around unexpected problems and software faults.
- Ability to communicate with both internal teams and with our clients in ways that work for all parties.
- Awareness of developing in ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL with reference to how these can be utilised in problem solving.
- Ability to quality check own and others work, identifying issues and working with team members to provide a solution.
- Ability to constructively report product bugs, enhancement requests and prospective new features in a standardised format.
- Awareness of change management and control principles and how they impact solutions.
- Ability to effectively log/track work completed, writing up solutions for common tasks/issue resolutions.
- A high standard of written and verbal communication.
- An excellent telephone manner with good personal skills.
- Able to prioritise workloads and deal with changing priorities.
- Self-motivated with a “can-do” approach.

**Desired Skills**
- Ability to use reporting tools (including SQL if known) to gather statistics to support system assessments and delivery of improvements.
- Experience working in a dynamic IT team.
- An interest in web interface design and product usability.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and SaaS model.
- Ability to coherently discuss and resolve complex issues using all available technology and support.
- Background knowledge of IT projects and processes.

**Core Duties and Responsibilities**
- Development of the LegalRM Product suite under direction of the VP of Technology and following the product roadmaps.
- Support existing clients in their day today usage of our new and legacy products through consistent communication.
- Support new client implementations through completing assigned tasks and reporting progress.
- Help produce collateral technical content where required.
- Awareness of and ability to act on requirements.
- A task orientated person with a desire to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Positive attitude, showing initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and passion for pushing the business forward.
- Undertake duties relevant to your role that are not covered above.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
