A leading Client of ours based in Leicester is looking for an Occupational Health Manager to join their team.

The role is Permanent, ideally full time

Site based role

Salary Competitive

The main duties include:

- Working with Stakeholders
- Identifying health and well-being related training needs
- To deliver the Health and Well-being Strategy
- Writing Policies and Procedures
- Leading a Clinical team
- Assist with the growth and recruitment of a new team of OHA's and OHT's
- Give guidance on OH matters

Experience / skills required;
- Excellent IT Skills
- Management experience desirable
- Confident and Competent individual
- Occupational Health Knowledge
