An exciting and growing sports company, are hiring a Transactional Finance Manager (AP/AR Manager) to join their finance team.

**Role**

The Transactional Finance Manager (AP/AR Manager) position within this exciting and growing sports business is based in Hammersmith, West London. The position is on a permanent basis and is quite broad, varied and challenging. You will report into the headof finance and will involve:

- Managing the Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) function
- Managing banking and expenses
- Oversight of cash management
- Treasury management
- Cashflow forecasting
- Management of 1 direct report
- Process improvement
- Business Partnering responsibilities

There are great growth prospects in this role too with a opportunities to move internally and help build out this function.

**Profile**

Ideally for this Transactional Finance Manager position within this exciting sports business based in Hammersmith you will need to be switched on, an excellent communicator, hardworking and can take full ownership of the role from start to finish.
- You will have managed an AP and AR function
- Have strong excel skills
- Ideally have managed/supervised or mentored before
- Confident to help implement processes and controls
- Be proactive, good communicator, can work autonomously, well organised etc

**Salary & Benefits**

This Transactional Finance Manager (AP/AR Manager) position within this sports events business is offering between £40,000 - £50,000 DOE, 15% Discretionary Bonus, 25 days annual leave and more. There is also hybrid working. The core hours are 9:00 - 5:00pmas standard.
