**The Opportunity**
Your aim will be take calls from potential customers whose Insurance renewal dates are coming up. You'll use your expert knowledge to guide them through a quotation asking relevant questions and digging deeper to get accurate answers. This can take around 20minutes per customer so it's critical that you're able to develop a relationship and empathy quickly. It's fast-paced around here.
You're always leaving each caller with a positive impression of the company and yourself, you'll aim to convert as many calls in to new customers as you can but remember, it's about getting things right and putting the customer first. Full training is given so no previous insurance or call centre experience is necessary. We do ask that you've spent some time dealing with office based admin and are keen to progress within your career.
You are an excellent communicator with a good eye for detail and the ability to grasp basic maths. You have a drive to exceed targets by using your positive, motivated and dynamic personality.
